Purple Yoga Mat
This is my purple yoga mat. That is the blanket used to cover me when I lay in silence. That is where I find some calm, peace and silence. In the short time that I do Yoga I relax, listen to my mind and become aware of my thoughts. In the silence at the end I am still and that my friend is rare. Today try to find a place of calm, peace and silence and simply be for awhile.
