American Currency
Our currency is paper money, coins, cash, checks, credit cards and debit cards. We earn the money and exchange it for goods we desire or need somehow. Our money is valued by what we can exchange for it. To a certain extent our lives are valued for what we are able to give back to this world.
But that is not how God sees us. God does not see us as currency to get what He wants from the world. I believe God sees us as the children He created and loved into being. As a parent I do not look at my children and think what can they do or accomplish for me. I just love them. I brought them into this world simply to love them.
God wants to love us first. Our value is beyond what we can accomplish in this lifetime. Our value is that God created us and loves us first.
