My Dad and my kids
Happy Birthday Dad!! My dad was blessed to be born on the eve of the birthday that changed the world for the better, the birth of Jesus Christ. He follows in the footsteps of Jesus Christ every day. He will admit that he tries to follow the example of Jesus Christ but he will deny that he deserves any credit for all of his acts of kindness. My dad has been the most awesome role model in my life! He gives constantly not just of his money but his time, talent, and kindness. He visits the sick, brings bread to the hungry, listens and tends to the widows and the lonely. He cares for his family, and prays for all those in need. He sets an example of selfless love every day of his life through just being him. He will say it’s nothing special he just does what his dad taught him to do. Well, that’s what I want to say too. When asked I say that I do all my good deeds by the grace of God. I also say, “When I grow up I want to be just like my Dad!”
Dad you make me proud to be your daughter every day of my life. I love you and thank God that he allowed me to be your little girl! Happy Birthday!!!
