“Let the children come to me; do not prevent them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these” Jesus told his disciples

Mark 10:14-15

Let the children come to the altar, the cross and the eternal light of God. Let them come with their youth, innocence and open minds. Let them lead us with their genuine kindness and love for all of humanity and the earth. Let them show us the way to goodness. Let the children kneel in the awesome light of God so that the shadow they cast may guide us in the direction of the truth and the light of God.

There she kneels with no hate, no grudges, and no questions of God’s existence. She does not doubt His presence. She is simply looking at the light, the grandness of the stained glass and enjoying the moment.

“Amen, I say to you, whoever does not accept the kingdom of God like a child will not enter it.”

Then he embraced them and blessed them, placing hands on them.

 Mark 10: 15-16.
