American Flags

They are made of cloth, dyed red, white and blue, with decorative stars; the American flags. The symbolism of those stripes and stars represents more than how united our states are in this world. Those flags represent all those men and women who witnessed hell on earth many with it etched into their beings. Those flags represent those who have fallen and lost their ability to walk, hear, see or be whole. Those flags represent those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom they willingly laid down their lives for each one of us. Those men and women who serve our armed forces don’t know each one of us but they are willing and ready to die for you and me. Those American Flags represent selfless love of the United States of America and every stranger within her borders that will be protected by our military.

Thank you to all who have served our country to give me and my family the peace and freedom we so often take for granted. Thank you for your sacrifice, loyalty, service and selfless love of your fellow man.

Today say thank you to those who uphold the meaning of that flag. Please say a prayer for all of our military this Memorial Day.
