“There is a sacredness in tears. They are not the mark of weakness, but of power. They speak more eloquently than ten thousand tongues. They are the messengers of overwhelming grief, of deep contrition, and of unspeakable love.” Washington Irving
Sadness is a part of who we are as human beings. Yet, we are supposed to hold those tears back. We are supposed to have self-control in different situations. However, when we are alone we can release those tears and allow ourselves to feel that sadness. It is imperative that we give space to the sadness, the tears, and the grief in our lives to live a well balanced existence. Tears are a part of who we are and an acceptance of who we are growing to become. Embrace the tears, console the sadness, and love that part of who you are because she needs to be loved and gently consoled by you.
