Are you just waiting around?
God loves us regardless of all of our sin. God can see through the grime and grit of our poor choices we have made. God has never moved and will continue to welcome us back to Him. However, if we want to be close to God we need to turn away from sin. We need to repent for the poor choices in our lives and try to live by His commandments. His most important commandment is to love your neighbor as you love yourself. We have to try to live selfless lives and love EVERYONE unconditionally like God loves us. Not an easy task for any of us. But if we have faith, dedication and the ability to say we are sorry when we sin again then we will know God personally.
