and strewed them on the road.
The crowds preceding him and those following
kept crying out and saying:
“Hosanna to the Son of David;
blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord;
hosanna in the highest.”

Palm Sunday was a day of praising Jesus of Nazareth for coming to town. There was pride, joy, and excitement during his welcoming. Yet, it did not last. The passion comes later but still too soon. Where are you in your life with Jesus? Are you welcoming Jesus into your life or are you putting him on the cross to get him out of your life?
JUST GOT HOME FROM SEEING THE MOVIE, “The Case for Christ”…an atheist working as a legal investigative reporter for the Chicago Tribune who works two years to disprove the resurrection of Jesus, after his wife declares her belief in Jesus. At the end of his quest he discovers it takes more faith to maintain atheism that to accept Christianity.
The film has an even broader message of challenging the increasing secularism and skepticism in our society. The ultimate cure for what ails the world is the story of God and his action in our lives.
