Open hands

Open hands

What does it mean to be “whole”? It means that we have taken the time to reflect on who we are in all aspects of our being; relationships to others, career, calling in life, gifts and talents we have been given, our personality, and our physical appearance, our spirituality, emotions, and intellect. We are not many different categories of self. Every part makes us whole. Every choice, thought, opinion, friendship, respect, kindness, openness, and flaws come together to make us whole. To understand the “whole” you then there must be self-reflection, as well as objective reflection of another. Once you can understand who you are wholly then you can live your life to the fullest by embracing every shred of your identity.
