A pat on the back
“Acknowledgement”
We don’t all want praise and most all of us don’t want false praise.
What we do want is for someone to acknowledge our work.
If we added a new idea, a more efficient plan, or an innovative change then we want to be recognized for it.
We want that pat on the back if it is sincere and whole hearted.
Today, find someone in your workplace that has made a positive difference and let them know you noticed and are thankful for it.
