Not often enough? <\/p>\n<p>Yep, so many people react instead of thinking first. I am guilty of this often in my life. However, I have discovered self-control in my professional life. I have learned to pause, stay calm, listen, wait, think, and choose what to say and then say it. It is amazing how different a situation can be if one person stays calm. Calmness is so notable that the person reacting strongly is sometimes able to see more clearly because he\/she is the only one upset. I believe I able to stay calm though experience, practice, and maturity.
