What are the priorities you say are most important in your life?<br \/>\nList those values.<\/p>\n<p>Now write a list of the actions that you make your top priority in life, the top 10 actions and be honest.<\/p>\n<p>Now, compare the two lists. Do your values coincide with the actions that you give the most priority? <\/p>\n<p>You can change that right now. Make a third list, this one will be made up of the actions that reflect your values (realistic actions).<\/p>\n<p>Today, work on performing one of the new actions and then reflect on the effect it has on you. <\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s easy to say we believe in family, faith, education, or friends.
