She is waiting for a feeling, an emotion, a comfort, a contentment, unsure that it will ever come. <\/p>\n<p>Another deep breath in as she exhales she releases the tension that restricted her thoughts. Loving compassion, the words repeated again. She lets it go; the fear, opens one hand and then the other, she gives it back to the world, it can no longer poison her inner being. She has to let it go. <\/p>\n<p>With open hands, a relaxed stance, a contentment and an intention of loving compassion.
