There are so many voices, thoughts, emotions, ideas, and movies playing in our minds how can we quiet it all?<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s what the practice of meditation can do. Let me tell you I can write a meditation and lead one but to sit in one without guidance is not quiet but noisy. I have lots of practicing to do to get to that quiet. I won\u2019t give up though.
