Actually, we have that ability through silent prayer, meditation, or retreats. Treat yourself daily to meditation and prayer. Plan a retreat so that you can restart yourself. I am planning to go on a silent 3 day retreat soon. I need a 5 day retreat but don&#8217;t have enough time for that.
