It is going to church and feeling God\u2019s presence. It is interpreting those rules as a way of life to become closer to God, not to punish us but bring us into unity. It is understanding that there is divinity within each of us that we can never be distant from in ever. <\/p>\n<p>In the purest sense of it all religion points to Spirituality and Spirituality helps us to be a part of the sacraments in all of life.
