I took that opportunity and completely listened. I got lost in the listening. I didn\u2019t try to formulate a response and remember it while the person spoke. I simply listened, no judgement, no ideas, no distractions. I listened and they knew I was right there in that moment with them. It wasn\u2019t about me.
