Are they bored and disgruntled or open and willing to be kind?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Who do you care for the person who looks at you and asks sincerely how you are or the person who never utters a word and only does their job? What is their job? If you go above and beyond and try to make relationships you will gain loyalty?
