As Jesus and his disciples were on their way, he came to a village where a woman named Martha opened her home to him.\u00a0 She had a sister called Mary, who sat at the Lord’s feet listening to what he said.\u00a0 But Martha was distracted by all the preparations that had to be made.\u00a0 She came to him and asked, “Lord, don’t you care that my sister has left me to do the work by myself?\u00a0 Tell her to help me!”\u00a0 “Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered, “you are worried and upset about many things, but only one thing is needed.\u00a0 Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.”<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Luke 10: 39-42<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n Hey God, It’s me Lori,\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n Please give me a way to balance my life.\u00a0 When it is lopsided everyone feels the pain.\u00a0 It all trickles down but when it is balanced everyone feels the joy that too trickles down.<\/em><\/p>\n
