All I have to do is stand at the base of a tree and look up to realize how great God is. He created this tree from a tiny seed and it grew and continues to grow to be this towering full and grand part of nature. I am but a seed and I pray that I do His will and not my own so that I am placed in His plans where He wants me to grow so that I can be grand for His glory and never my own. I remind myself each time I speak in public by saying this little prayer “God it is not for my glory but for yours alone.” I speak, I write, I move, I grow for His Glory. I screw it up daily but I try over and over again for the Glory of God.
For His Glory, January 30 Sunday Tidbit

What a great reminder. I love looking at nature and marveling at all God has given us to enjoy. I don’t know how one can’t see it 🙂 Just found your site! Very encouraging!

Well-said! He is and His creation is amazing. Your last line–“I screw it up daily but I try over and over again for the Glory of God”–resonates with me, for sure.
Visiting from Gather Inspirit. Have a great weekend!
