Where can we find peace in our world today? Not on social media, or any type of media.
We can find peace when we silence our thoughts, take deep breaths and calm our nerves. We can find peace when we let go of emotions, step back from them and realize they will not last very long; that everything is fleeting.
Peace can be found in the quiet solitude, in the setting sun, the beauty of nature, or the hug of a child.
