Time never stops
Today is my 1 year anniversary of my blog! I have now posted 365 blogs, 347 reflections and 18 chapters from my book Just a Mom!
My Dad said to me at the onset of this venture “How on earth will you find something to write about every day? Won’t you run out of ideas?”
I replied, “Dad, God is inspiring me and guiding me to write, I don’t think I will run out of ideas.”
I have yet to run out of ideas. I take pictures constantly and when I download them to my computer I review the pictures and ideas hit me and then I just open up the flood walls and start writing.
Honestly this blog started so that I could blog my book Just a Mom but it has turned into something so much more important than that. It has been such an awesome experience watching as this blog has evolved into something so much bigger and more important than a book. I have learned so much. My goal now is to inspire, encourage and support people not just moms in this crazy journey of life. My writing is filled with faith and recognizing the presence of God in our everyday lives and reinforcing how to better ourselves and to stop living mindlessly on autopilot. I have made so many new friends through this venture, some virtual others in person. I pray that I touch lives and comfort others. I have no plans on stopping. God has lead me here and everyone that knows me realizes I go where God leads until He leads me somewhere else.
Thank you for reading this blog and supporting my writing, listening to new ideas and encouraging me with your emails and prayers. I pray that God continues to inspire my words and thoughts so that I may do His will daily. So happy anniversary to me and thank you for reading, I hope you never stop!
Well done Lori. The Lord inspires us with so many things that there is always something to write about, even if its just a quick paragraph on a thought that He has revealed to us. I’ll keep you in my prayers also.

Congratulations on reaching such a milestone. I definitely have much respect for those who blog daily. In April I was a part of A-Z challenge that require us to write every day except Sunday and I found it very challenging to keep up with blogging, work, and home life.
