Fall? September 2, 2016 Daily Reflection

Welcome fall!! This summer has been hot, humid, and rainy. Morning runs gave no reprieve from the humidity, but I ran daily. This morning was glorious. No humidity and 63 degrees. My dog enjoyed the crisp air and a good run without overheating. I would rather be cold when I am running because I get warm eventually, than run in the heat with no relief. I know it is not officially fall but these gifts from God of heavenly weather make me appreciate life. Today, appreciate the cool temperature!
